I have long Covid. I could transmit virus to others if I don't mask. The first time I went to this store, I asked for a mask because mine had a broken strap and the guard told me "We don't have them because they're not required."
Then - the lady that handles online orders (I did online order with Leafly that day) gave me mask. :-|
I complained about it and the younger staff all snickered out of the sides of their mouths like I was being a Karen.
I ordered from the Flowershop online via Leafly yesterday to avoid having to spend 20 minutes in the store with other people around.
I ordered two concentrates and then never received ANY communication from the shop. I asked online via chat... no answer. I called the store... ignored.
When I got to the shop I got in the online order line and then was helped by a guy who claims to be the manager and he stated "Don't use Leafly - they don't know what we have in stock sometimes.". I told the "manager" I didn't want to spend alot of time in the store because of covid. The girl working behind the counter giggled to herself. :-|
Then he walked away.
I told him I still wanted an equivalent product - long story short... I spent 15 minutes in the store, exposing and being exposed to other people - me being the only masked person in the store.
The "manager" also told me to use a competing site that requires I upload my driver's license and I told him there was no way and he said "Well I can't help you then." and walked away a second time.
The staff at this store are rude, flippant and not "LGBTQ" friendly like they say. They're jerks.
And... they grossly misrepresent Leafly. It was clear to me the person that normally handles online orders was not working for some reason and the "manager" chose to blame Leafly vs. that he poorly manages staff and coverage.
Clearly, I'll never shop there again.
