The flavor it gross. I have to say uber gross. I cut the pieces in half and swallow them with copious fluid to avoid the gnarly taste. Because I am not chewing them, it takes longer to kick in. I like the feel of the setiva and use the hen I am painting or otherwise being creative. I would suggest that Fwaygo get on the flavor and improve it or discontinue the flavor entirely
