I recently stopped in to purchase a Goodvibes 1g vape. When I arrived at the counter, I was asked if I had an internet order. When I said no, the employee, Ashley D., became dismissive.
I asked if she knew of any better deals than the one I had in mind, and she rudely replied, 'I am not going to the kiosk for you... that’s what they’re there for.' I wasn't asking her to do the work for me; I was asking for her professional recommendation or knowledge of current sales. She ignored my question entirely, gave me the price, and rushed the transaction.
It’s disappointing to get such a cold and unhelpful attitude, especially when buying a product literally called 'Goodvibes.' I hope management addresses the lack of basic customer service at the counter.
After thinking about it this was the worst time I have ever had buying retail...
