I've been going to this shop since it as medical only.(almost 7 years) I rarely get defective cartridges but this time around i ended up getting 3 in a row. Staff was kind enough to let me exchange it three times as each time it was defective after the first hit.
I was so frustrated about this as it helps me sleep. When i called in and spoke to a manager about this on going issue, Mark helped me and i mean he really helped me. I was ready to stop shopping here forever even though its not their fault but Mark the manager reeled me back in and showed me exactly why this is my Dispensary. Thank you Mark.
