I had a shitty experience here yesterday. It is like the only place that doesn't make online medical orders the priority. Yesterday, I arrived to see 2 lines only labeled MEDICAL and REC, nothing saying anything about online order, which any other place you go to take FIRST. I went into the Medical Line which was THREE times as long as the rec line. Only to find out if I just went as a walk in I would have been helped like 20 mins earlier. Every other place, you put in an order online because it's EXPRESS, not so you can wait longer than a walk-in! The man at the door was rude as shit, too. Never experienced that here. He kept yelling "any medical walk-ins?" and I said ONE TIME "I'm a med, online.." and he just gave me a dirty look and said something under his breath. Then when I was next to go in, he literally made me wait and let like 6 REC walk-ins go ahead of me. He said "the express line is full." I stood there wondering why only the far left registers can ring up online orders??? Then I laughed after waiting in THAT line ("Express") only to be next and told to walk across the dispensary to another budtender who would ring me out. WOW, what a great idea guys!!! Sorry, I am not normally this negative but get your shit together, this was not cool.
