By far the worst dispensary in northwest PA. Went in this morning and the person handling my order offered a $5 Cresco eighth as a special, and then said immediately after that the computer hadn’t updated and she can’t give that deal. That’s something that should’ve been figured out before ever offering it to customers. This is not the first time that they’ve been terrible about clearly advertising their sale products, and denying people’s orders that were placed online because their system ‘messed up’. I have driven over an hour to this dispensary in the past only to be told they will not honor the deal they advertised because they accidentally included more valuable products in the sale/specials portion of their website than they intended to. Ex 3.5g jar of flower and rosin both show up as available for the sale they worded as “Grassroots 3.5g, Select Briq 2g, and Jams Troches 10mg 10 pack for $75”, which their website advertised the rosin as included and let the order be placed, only for them to not honor it. They do not do their due diligence when it comes to clearly advertising their sales, and will flat out refuse to give you deals that they advertise and offer to you based on arbitrary discretion.
