Love the place but they need to figure out the line situation!.. I was a regular walk in patient, next in line with nobody else in the store. Lo and behold 3 more customers walk in, cool. 1 is a medical patient, cool, they’re lawfully allowed to go before me, I understand. But what I don’t understand is why the 2 other people who had a “preorder” got to skip me in line when their order wasn’t even packed and ready! So now I’m waiting an extra 10 minutes while they run around gathering orders. Not cool. Figure it out
