My wife and I go here all the time. Usually the customer service is fantastic. Today I went in to see if I could get a replacement for a battery I purchased about a month back give or take a week or two. It was not an expensive battery, didn't expect much, but I did expect it to last more than a few weeks. It did not. Just literally fell apart. All I asked was for a replacement. I did not feel like that was an absurd request, but I was told they are disposable and I should not expect them to last. I have bought plenty of other batteries from other retailers that were in the price range of what I spent here and they've always lasted at least a few months before I end up losing them. Definitely feel like they could have treated me better and handled this better especially the fact that we are frequently there and spend a good amount of money. Hoping this was a one-time thing and that the honeymoon phase of them opening up has not worn off.
