Sold a defective vape pen, thought I would be nice to let them know the problem. My training led me to the exact issue. By the time I had gotten 30sec into a short informative backed up by full education on the matter, it was clear the employee was rolling eyes at the issue. It was busy I don't blame them. I simply requested the proprietor contact me to discuss the issue briefly. I expected no response and got none. This tells me this establishment is out for nothing but the quickest buck even at the risk of SERIOUS injury to a customer. On the plus the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. It's pleasant atmosphere and I'll admit quite a decent selection of products. Personally I will never buy from this dispensary ever ever ever again. If you sell products proven (I encourage anyone to prove me inaccurate.) to be defective, I simply won't endanger myself or knowingly anyone else. Shop here at your OWN RISK!
