This is the actually the 3rd time this place has picked my online order incorrectly. First time they picked the wrong cartridge, second time they picked the wrong tincture, this time they picked two bags of milk chocolate rather than the mint chocolate I had actually ordered. I am disabled and have my husband pick up my orders while he is out running errands so he doesn't actually know what I order till he picks it up so I didn't catch the error for a couple hours but when I saw they were the wrong product I sent my husband back to the store to get them exchanged for what I did actually order and they refused to fix it. I called the manager the next day about it and again we were denied the products I had actually ordered and paid for because their policy only protects their customers from defective cartridges not defective staff. Well needless to say we nor our family and friends will ever patronize this establishment again.
