I’ve been a customer at this location since day one, and this experience completely changed my view of the business.
I stopped in the back of the building for a few minutes while waiting for my order because there were no available parking spots. During that time, security approached me twice. On the second interaction, I was spoken to in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, including being insulted over the radio. I simply stated that my order would be ready shortly and that I would wait briefly.
What followed was completely unnecessary escalation over a minor situation. Instead of any attempt to de-escalate or treat a long-time customer with basic respect, the interaction turned hostile and unprofessional. including being insulted over the radio.
Update:
The situation was ultimately handled by General Manager Matt Hersh, and unfortunately, Rather than addressing what happened or acknowledging any staff conduct, I was told I was no longer welcome and that my account was being closed.
It’s disappointing to see a loyal customer treated this way over a brief and avoidable misunderstanding by your security staff. This was handled poorly from start to finish, and it reflects badly on the business overall.
