I’m leaving a good review because this will always be my favorite dispensary, but today I left disappointed. Please do not start to slack on the details. It was obvious the lobby had not been cleaned from the day before, and this is during a pandemic. Most of the lobby has not been cleaned in awhile. I go based on sales, but sometimes I wish I could only go when certain ‘OG’ budtenders were working. I rely on their knowledge combined with research when I make a purchase, and lately that aspect has been slacking. Please do not make me go to the other place all the time, I always loved the hospitality at OVNR. Bring that back.
