I have been a patient here for 6 years. Through now three iterations of this company. They have always had great employees and amazing deals. That all seemed to end when they became Ponderosa. There was no notice of the changes they planned to make. I immediately lost the rewards points I had saved and instead they now have a far more confusing rewards system. Initially I gave them a chance. They still had most of the deals i come for and even added some great deals on top of that. Then today I go to put in an order and instead of finding ounces between $75 - $90, the cheapest they have is $230!!!! Either they have eliminated their best deals or whoever is in charge is slacking on the orders. Either way, I’m out. I’ll go to Curaleaf. Much closer and has similar deals to the previous iteration of this dispensary.
