Poor service in store. Was assisted by a supervisor who informed me I was not eligible for a military discount although I presented my military discharge papers. When I asked about the store policy I was told by her that there was no written policy at first, later on she informed me that she wasn't sure if they had a policy or not. I asked her for information on the branch manager and was told that there was no contact information for the manager. I proceeded to ask the entrance employee for a business card where I found his contact information. I returned to the supervisor and informed her about the business card. I asked once again to review the policy which she said she would not review it. It is embarrassing to have your service questioned in such a way and have the supervisor refuse to give you information on the manager to clarify the policy issue. I was lied to repeatedly by the supervisor and made felt unwelcome and humiliated. When I asked to review the military discount policy I was told by the supervisor that she would not waste her time reviewing it if I was not going to purchase anything since I made that comment towards the end of the interaction. Extremely unprofessional. I have worked as a budtender at multiple dispensaries and have yet to encounter a location as unprofessional as the West Wendover location.
