Completely over this place. First off, parking is almost non existent and if you go on a Saturday plan on making the block a few times. Secondly, when someone makes an order online the products should be pulled and put to the side. I placed an order a little before 10am and ending up showing up about an hour later. I was second in line with one other person also looking at the menu. Once the guy in front of me was done ordering I told the girl my name and told her I had an order. She said it would be a few minutes so I sat down and waited....and waited. While I was patiently waiting three other people came in and placed their orders, I paid no mind as I was there first, right? Well, the girl calls the guy in front of me to the back so I got a little excited thinking I was next...lol...nope. She then proceeded to call all three people back that showed up after me to collect the orders they had just made at the counter...keep in mind I ordered before 10am and it was now almost 11:30am and these people walked in and placed their order at the counter. She then asked me what my name was again and started putting my order in...kind of weird being I've been there and already gave my name once. This is where it gets good. While I was waiting and all these other people have collected their orders a lady came from the back and told her they were out of the specific strain I ordered. She then tells me that they're out of what I ordered at 10am. I said " how? I ordered it this morning" SHE RESPONDS WITH "WE RAN OUT THIS MORNING" not knowing I heard the lady tell her two minutes ago that they just ran out. What a lying little b***h... This place is a joke and a ripoff. Customer service is non existent and they only care about the money.
