I have been to this location 4 times and I will not return. The last time I ordered an hour before hand. I went in to pick up the prepared order, they told me to go to the car, call and tell them I’ve arrived. I call, informed the computer was down, couldn’t tell me how long I’d have to wait.. 10.. 15..20 min?? Couldn’t say. Literally 45 minutes waiting!! Can’t say there dishonest about the wait, it’s indefinite. Their service is awful. All my visits was just poor service and slow. Two checkout clerks/lanes are a joke and bottleneck for transactions. I will not return.

Just the worst customer service. Been here four times, this is my last. Every time I place an order ahead of time, it’s confirmed and filled. Actually picking it up is a hassle. There’s no priority to customers, even with preorders. Customers who arrived after me without preorders helped first and orders completed. Waited in line to be told to go outside and call for someone to bring it out. Then when called , I told systems were down, couldn’t give an estimation on how long to wait outside for my order. My order was suppose to be completed and ready. This place is awful. Waited 40 min after calling. Been here an hour waiting for a pickup order. Still waiting… someone send supplies and forward my mail, could be here a while.
