This is the truth about this establishment. They have great deals and great people that work there. With that being said, their loyalty program is sub par because you’re not able to use the points you’ve earned unless you are purchasing something at regular menu price. I find this absurd. This is the only place that does this restriction concerning use of loyalty points. It’s actually heartbreaking and may be a deal breaker for some. They also never respond to the welisten@storehousemd email address.

I used to frequent this shop because I felt they had great customer service even though I’m not into deli style because I feel it’s dryer than pre-packaged goods so the smoke session isn’t as enjoyable. I recently stopped into the shop today to purchase and was denied because I did not have identification. What I did have was my medical marijuana certification. I explained that I was robbed last week and had no forms of Identification. Also that I just made a purchase from them the night before. Because I dealt with a different person today I was denied the right to legally purchase the medicine I need. I was told that my information was in the computer and that she could see that I was who I say I am because they have a picture of me in the computer system and because I’ve purchased there before. I feel that this was very crass and unacceptable. Like I said different person I dealt with this afternoon and I got treated differently plain and simple. So now Ill just deal with pain for a few more hours to satisfy someone’s ego. If you’re ever having issues I suggest you head to ReLeaf Shop in Mt. Vernon. Very great service and always pre-packaged medicine for an affordable price. Thank you for listening and stay happily medicated.
