I visited this store for the first time in my hometown. Everything was fine initially, but when I asked where the pre-rolls were located, I received very short responses. While brief answers aren’t an issue, the interaction didn’t feel customer-friendly, especially for a first impression. It’s clear the owner invested time into the store, the interior design shows great potential, and the flower quality was good. However, the pre-rolls were somewhat loose, with material falling out upon opening. The paper extended past the filter tip, causing resin buildup, and the tube label was slightly misaligned. Small quality details, but worth noting for improvement. There are additional sensitive details that I will exclude from this review. As disappointed I am I won’t be going to give a low star rating because I see the potential in the store. To the young man today; hope whatever troubles you’re having gets resolved and try your best at your job to represent your business well, you can do it.
