I've been a loyal customer of Sacred Sun Farms for years, and have spent thousands at this location. However, my recent experiences at the Glendive location have been disappointing. Their advertised discounts are misleading because they apply taxes based on the original, undiscounted price rather than the reduced price. This practice isn’t standard at other dispensaries in the area, making their promotions feel less like real savings and more like a pricing loophole. When I inquired about this at checkout, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior from the staff, including an employee using inappropriate language. Another customer in the store at the time also raised concerns about a similar issue. Instead of addressing the matter calmly and transparently, the staff became defensive, which only added to my frustration. Transparency and good customer service are essential in this industry, and I hope Sacred Sun Farms takes these concerns seriously. Until they improve their pricing practices and staff training, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There are other dispensaries in town that offer better customer service and more honest pricing policies.
