Really sweet and compassionate!

LOVE all the folks at Herbal Alchemy! Alyssa and Casper are great and really nice! Prices and selection are top notch and the store is so welcoming! My favorite place to get my meds!

I visited the Hernando Wyze this past Thursday, 1/4 for the first and LAST time. There were two men working, one was kind of tall with dark hair and one was shorter with a dark ball cap on. The taller gentlemen was nice enough but the other gentleman was rude and not very helpful at all. I had carted some flower and gummies and was told rather rudely (and incorrectly) that “everyone” was out of gummies due to the hold on products. I purchased the flower I had carted and left. Kind of funny that I found gummies at another store in Hernando and received excellent service there. I wanted to try Wyze but after my first visit, I definitely won’t be back. Maybe y’all should visit the OTHER store and see how to treat customers.
