The women staff are off but new girl is the worst. New girl is super combative. She looks like a smack head(young, pink hair, worked this morning,11-21-21). Her boss, Vince, told her last time she waited on me about three weeks ago, that the ID has to be cracked all the way through for it to be invalid. I went in yesterday and my license was tapped from the bank. They said I will let you shop today but to make sure I remove the tape for next time. Next time was today. I took the tape off this morning. Right away the smack head starts up with me reports that there is a note saying not to take my cracked license. The note should have said don't take if tapped. So crack head is refusing to take my license to the MOD (long hair tall skinny dude) I finally get her to show the license to the MOD and she tells him note says don't take. He says well if there is a note we cant take it as he is looking at my valid license he throws out logic over a note that's note documented correctly. I tried explaining it to him that the note was documented wrong, but its irrelevant since he's the manager and is looking at my valid ID. He called me a liar based on the assumption from the crack head. He tried telling me his staff took the tape off yesterday and not me. Just bc I am your oldest customer doesn't mean you know me well enough to call me liar! They refused a valid license! So I went across the street to shop at terrapin station. Security guard gave me no issue issues because the license is legal and valid! I'm never coming back hear again. I only spend about 300 a month here, but I'll quit Ganja or worst before I ever step foot back into Greentree. I get the young combative crack head not knowing how to work, but the MOD of years? Your thinking with the wrong head dude.
