They have the absolute worst customer service and logistics. The only thing they are consistent in is making excuses for why they still haven’t put out the dumpster fire that is their ordering system. Multiple times I have had items taken out of my online cart, I have had items taken out of my basket in the showroom, I have had to wait over two hours at the front of the line on waitly(after it said I was next) as they stream people by and then sell part of my order out from under me. I was told I would get a phonecall when a product came in “please let me try to keep your business” and shockingly never got that call. In the time it has taken me to write this review an order I placed right beforehand with Muv has already been made ready for me, no joke. Trulieve is a huge letdown the only reason I gave them two stars is because they actually pop tupperware and I can taste the difference. Not worth the headache at all though, or the disrespect. It is condescending to me when a budtender makes some crappy unrelated recommendation for a replacement product based solely on the color of the label. Maybe you guys think this is some cashgrab operation but a lot of people have a bad quality of life without the right meds, some people rely on it to get through the day, so no it isn't cute to be dealing with someone who clearly has a limited understanding of what they are selling and is not treating the situation as a serious responsibility, but it do.
