I have been a loyal customer of Maggie’s since opening day. The staff, selection and atmosphere have always been helpful, plentiful and an environment of friendly faces. The people that worked there constantly knew about the products and gladly and graciously would answer any questions you had. It’s unfortunate to watch this business become what it has over the past few years. For months now each time I place an order I cringe knowing I have to go through the experience that is Maggie’s. No longer is the staff helpful or even glad to help. You are greeted and talked to as if you are the crap that accidentally found it’s way on the bottom of their shoes. The atmosphere is so gloomy and sad. Not only because of the staffs inability to provide customer service but also just how it looks like a medical waiting room now. The lack of selection is also another change for the worse. Their once was an abundance of choice and staff glad to tell you about each product and the benefits. It’s so disappointing to watch this once awesome experience be turned into a visit to the DMV. What a joyless and exasperating experience. And it’s a POT SHOP! How is that possible? After this last visit it will be my last. Hopefully someone else will purchase this business and restore it to what it once was!
