This used to be my main place to shop at, bud tenders are great, products and prices are good, but as of last June (2025) I've stopped receiving rewards points for shopping, I've asked a few times about it and was told not to worry they were going to fix it and emailed the main office. Well here we are almost a year later and I still haven't received any of the points I was told I had accumulated and not received and the last time I asked about it, there was nothing that could be done for me.
