A reliable delivery service, some deliveries can be a little late but from what I've seen it's cause sometimes the drivers have to hit like 2-4 different spots to get what I ordered. Aside from this, the support is good and I've never really had any problems.
The site does have some minor weird issues when you're using it on a phone. This can lead to some issues with chatting with support, like losing your current agent and then having it happen a few more times while you desperately try to get help from other agents about trying to get connected to your original agent but then one of the agents that you asked for help just resolves the issue anyways so you did get the help you need but at what cost to the original agent doing an excellent job helping you.
The service is good and I recommend it.
