I purchased a cartridge here and it broke apart in my bag clearly do to a fault in the assembly or failure of the product. The cartridge leaked all over my bag and my belongings as well as the pen I had also bought from them. When I went back and showed images of the break the next day they refused to compensate me whatsoever. I have been a frequent customer and even recommended them to friends, but this response to their product failure is more than disappointing. I will not be going back again.
