Normally we have nothing bad to say about the herbal connection. This last visit, we interacted with someone behind the counter who was either trying to be cute and funny but it just fell flat. I went with my husband to pick up our separate orders and while they were being brought to the register, I told my husband pay first. He stood at the register and the person helping us said 'how bout ladies first' referencing me and dismissed my husband. Not only did this person embarrass my husband but he took three times longer than normal to get me squared away all while my husband had to stand there feeling like shit and just wanting to walk out of the store and not even bother with his purchase. This is the first interaction with anyone in that store that makes both of us not want to return. We both have anxiety in crowded spaces and I just wanted my husband to make his purchase so he could go to the car and wait which is why I told him to go first. Ladies first is bogus.
