This weekend you guys had a sale I stopped in Sunday morning and got two pre-rolls and walked out the door paying $10! I went home and enjoyed them. I had to rush back to get more because they were so good and the price for two was great! well this time when I arrived Just a few hours later, there was a heavier set lady who was very rude upon entering the store she did not greet me and when I walked in she was very rude walked straight to the pre-rolls because she sees me come in very often and she knows that I normally only get pre-rolls. So I wanted to get the same two pre-rolls that I got earlier that day and when she went to ring me up she told me that my total for two was $16 I nicely told her that I just came in a few hours ago and bought two pre-rolls and walked out the door paying not even $10 and she told me that this is the price for two $16. I said so if I buy one is it going to be $4.87? She said no it’s $9.97 our sale ended at 5:30 so you have to pay full price which was $9.87 for one. I proceeded to ask her why Leafly is showing that your sale is still going on she told me that you guys have no control over Leafly and that corporate controls it. I completely understand that I work in a dispensary so I know how that goes. Well come to find out the lady lied to me, I called today and spoke to the manager and he told me that the sale was going through all day so the lady not only lied to me but she disrespected me as a customer and she was very rude to me. As I left her and another employee were looking out the window laughing. I really hate to say but you guys lost a customer. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or not but regardless this is your job and you get paid to work and lying to a customer is flat out WRONG!
