I bought a few of the whole flower 1/8‘s with no problems my last experience I opened my jar to only one bud and the rest shake and leaf material never left the parking lot I went back in to get it fixed they told me to keep it and a manager would get with me and handle the situation so I went home a week later still no word so I went to the store to see what was going on they offered me a free pre rolled for my trouble to some that may have been acceptable but I felt like I paid for whole flower that’s what I should’ve received in return to make up for the shake and leaf horrible customer service only care about money and not their patients you should be ashamed of the way you do business
