I have been a happy regular customer for more than 2 years, My last purchase included a disposable vape that was dead when I opened it. I put a charger on it and still dead. I took it to the Carpentersville facility to return or exchange it. The polite and helpful person at the counter went to get the manager to see what could be done. The RUDE manager basically told me "too bad we don't do that here. It is ok to take your business RISE". FOR AN $18.00 ITEM!
