Well, well, well...another fantastic visit!! Huge shout out to Trulieve Baymeadows AGM Scott for being extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Scott and Lee immediately greeted me with a smile when I walked in the doors to pick up my online orders of 24% THC Papaya Cake & my new #1 favorite strain, 30% THC Black Tuna. They immediately apologized and let me know neither was currently in stock. Pure transparancy... Baymeadows carries some of the very best strains of flower in all of FL, period. BLACK TUNA is on that level. It is incredibly cured, with each 1/8 oz. container packed with meticulously, lovingly, engineered, hand tailored buds, exploding with flavor and color. This premium, gorgeous flower, is coated with THC crystals reminiscent of tiny glass shavings, super fresh, sushi grade, rare, Black Tuna. After an outing in the ocean, wind up the line on your reels and unwind with a couple strong draws of the "BTU" and be prepared to go full throttle. Just like marvelous Monica (GM) and awesone Bri (Shift Supervisor) did, Scott and Lee took their time to explain exactly why the online system was having techinal difficulties and errors by allowing a customer/patient to place medicine in their shopping cart for checkout and receive confirmation #'s for their orders via text and email, while unfortunately not carrying the correct amount of product in the dispensary, or not carrying any of it. This is a current inventory, logistics, and technical issue as well that Monica, Bri, Scott, and Lee are all 100% aware of, 100% on top of, and are 100% expeditiously fixing.
