I put in order as first time patient,with first time pt in the comments. I drove out there,50min, walked in,first thing the guy behind the counter said to me was, I see this is your first time but that offer does not apply to flower. I looked at the huge sign in waiting room again&all literature there,which said nothing about excluding flower,told him that,also that I was referred by another pt and a coworker,we work in the industry,about this deal,again he said no flower. As I walked out,the girl at the desk shrugged her shoulders and said maybe its different in their other locations,even though the people I spoke with went to this location. Also,even if that were the case,and he saw and knew i was driving out for that,I would've given a patient a heads up,that's me though. I also have patients that tell me that with that offer,they did use it on flower only. I received a msg from a Heather,I called back 3 times and never heard another word from them again. I feel it was false advertising if that&the guy should've asked a manager. He was not friendly that day or when I returned Heather's call,his response when I said I was returning Heather's call was "oh yea,we know about you" obviously it wasn't to make it right. I bought one thing since I drove all that way,but will not be returning or sending anyone I know there. There are dispensaries everywhere that are very friendly and do what is advertised,for everyone. I know we were both busy through holidays,etc,but they could've noted my account or delegated to someone who would be there.
