I truly believe that Proper is the elite dispensary in the region. They have a tremendous amount of experience that leads to them having superior product compared to some other dispensaries.
Their quality can be attested with the fact that their product is sold by numerous other dispensaries.
I enjoyed talking with Jax who helped me decide on my first purchase.
With the great products, helpful employees, and a welcoming atmosphere... I wouldn't rate Proper anything less than 5 stars.
