I visited this Trulieve location on Saturday, July 12 around 8 PM to exchange a defective product. Trulieve advertises a lifetime satisfaction guarantee — I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a straight swap for the exact same item. I’ve done this before without issue.
This time, the manager “Tim” said I’d need to pay again because I bought the item on sale. That’s absolutely not how the policy works. When I calmly tried to explain, he literally laughed at me. No interest in resolving the issue — just rude, smug, and unprofessional.
When I mentioned filing a corporate complaint and leaving a review, he doubled down and said, “Go ahead. I’ll sleep just fine tonight.”
It only takes one arrogant employee to ruin a brand’s reputation. I used to be a loyal Trulieve customer, but after this, never again. I highly recommend going to RISE just a block away — they treat people with respect and stand by what they sell.
