Winter Park location has Incredible management and great customer service. I would go out of my way to shop this location. Deshaun went above and beyond.

I have shopped at Fern Park Florida Location a few times and have always had great experiences until today. The bud tenders are great, and some of the managers too. However the 3 managers on duty today, 12/29 at 5:30pm gave the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The lack of concern, transparency and unwillingness to help was disappointing. Better training in communication, problem solving, customer service , and pricing policies needed. I hope the company fixes the management issues at the Fern Park location.
