I used to order delivery from here(loved the convenience) but am completely over it. I paid 192 after tax for the ice cream cake, and it was full of seeds. The next day the price was dropped to $60ish. All they offered when I called (after my emails were ignored) $10 credit and 10% off. This doesn't even start to cover the difference in price.
I was told that's the max restitution the employees were authorized to offer. This policy (and of course the shoddy product) will cost them a loyal customer. I feel like a rube for recommending this place to friends.
