The product quality is average and I came home and immediately weighed the contents of each pre-packed bag on a reliable and freshly calibrated scale only to see that all 4 packages were under the marked weight. 2 of them were as much as 1/3 of a gram underweight. Someone should call the department of weights and measures because they are ripping people off.

Despite the fact that I am just a tall female, the little gentleman with a beard who got my online order made it a point to call me sir. So this little guy was so intent on misgendering someone that he misgendered me, simply because I was tall. You people need to create a more welcoming atmosphere and stop looking for opportunities to insult customers! I wont be back.
