Please go to a different dispensary while in Ontario. I went to Top Crop yesterday in good faith, after a few pretty bad experiences. It seems I’m not the only one in the reviews who has been ignored or had bad service. But someone in charge read my last review and reached out, so I went back yesterday to give Top Crop one more chance. I did the pick up window, and the total they told me seemed really off, like $60 too much. I asked how could the tax on $130 of goods be that high, and two men both spoke to me like I was dumb as a rock. I’m an accountant - I can do math. Something felt off but they both argued with me, so I was about to pay that price. One of them decided to double check my to go order and guess what, not only was I “somehow” overcharged, but four packs of gummies were missing - so that’s another $30 that I would have been shorted!!! They did charge my card the wrong amount and “made it right” by giving me cash back but no receipt and no profit of their math, so I have no way of knowing what I should have been actually charged. I left feeling like I almost got taken advantage of - none of this is ok. Someone who owns Top Crop needs to reach out to me. This is not he first time the total price has been off
