Ive been coming here for a ling time, and I used to enjoy being a customer here but not anymore. The quality of the customer service is so different now. Today is probably the 4th or 5th time I’ve stood in line and no one wants to help me. Out of six available budtenders today, only one was helping another customer. The other five budtenders saw me, no one greeted me, and they all continued their conversations and I had to wait to be acknowledged even though I was the only other customer. It made me feel like shit to be honest. I’ll never be back. Your competition out here is much friendlier. To anyone reading, please go to Treasure Valley Cannabis.
