First time at Trulieve in Key West located at 400 Duval Street. Today was their grand opening so they were offering 25% off! What a wonderful experience - highly recommend this dispensary! Shout out to DEAN for helping me out today! The space is beautiful and clean and modern. All the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I am a newbie and had a lot of questions which Dean was very happy to answer all of them. Dean was knowledgeable, reassuring and gave me some great guidance towards products that will work for me. I appreciate the high level of customer service I received, the patience that both Anthony and Dean had when I asked questions and asked them to repeat things as well. I am grateful for their idea to keep a journal so I can continue to experiment and try out which products work best for me. I forgot it was cash only, but they happily held my order and quickly processed me once I returned. There is an app you can use too which takes a few days to set up so you can pay without cash (I'll set this up for next time). Overall great happy experience, knowledgeable & professional staff, unique products, plenty of materials to help educate yourself, a clean and modern and beautiful space, great central location in Old Town Key West, and I am looking forward to my next visit.
