Apparently Thrive-RENO still much rather just delete negative with constructive criticism reviews than actually address on-going significant customer service issues. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 05/05/2021  Hello Thrive, I previously wrote this review for Thrive-RENO, see below, which now it’s quite apparent that Thrive does not, did not, and I’m assuming will not take any criticism to help improve themselves. I wrote about the absolute disdain that one of their employees, Andrea, shows and portrays towards customers and co-workers. Thrive determined to just have the review deleted without any follow-up or care to address or attempt to improve the situation. It seems quite typical that a company that claims to strive to the best customer experience basically disregards a negative yet constructive criticism of their operation, most specifically a rude employee. Andrea, who is a manager, who’s connected and married to Tim, the Reno Store Manager apparently pulled the manager card and used her husband to just have the negative yet constructive review removed again without cause or any attempt to address the situation or observations. This truly showcases the total lack of respect towards any paying customer to their business and again the ownership and senior management team of Thrive either are unaware, uncaring, or just are most concerned about taking customers money instead of working towards making the Thrive experience one to boast about and be proud of. You now have absolutely lost my business and as previously written, this will be for all Thrive locations in Reno and Las Vegas. I’ve been shopping at Thrive for a decent amount of time. Every dispensary has ups and downs and it seems many dispensaries have a revolving door of employees. But Thirve, you have an employee, her name is Andrea, and WOW, what a complete buffoon she is. Let’s just start with basics, how about customer service? She probably is close to the rudest, most insincere, and WORST budtender in all of Reno. You can stand in line inside Thrive and just watch her threat almost every customer with total disdain, and then watch more as she treats her fellow co-workers with absolute disrespect. It’s disgusting to watch this, especially while trying to order some quality products that Thrive does carry. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time, the second time, nor the third time that this behavior of hers has been seen or even commented about. Thrive, I would suggest fixing the customer service issue, cause many more people will continue to discontinue shopping and promoting your brand and dispensaries not just in Reno but also Las Vegas. You can do simple research to know that the owner “Mitch” based on literature read about his marketing and success would not approve of seeing one of his employees treating anyone, let alone co-workers and customers like Andrea does. So therefore, until something is resolved, be rest assured, my business and many others will not return to Thrive, plenty of other great options in the Northern Nevada and Southern Nevada market other than useless customer service by a just genuinely terrible person.
