Have bought 2 different O2Vape products, including the Flip Ultra, and both have become inoperable in less than 3 months. O2Vape has known issues with their batteries to the point that they have video fixes on there own site, instead of just addressing the poor design choices. The RMA process is garbage and designed to just encourage repurchasing new products. Steer far away from these scammers
