2 sprays. Takes a little bit of time to hit, but I definitely felt happy and uplifted. A little bit of increased appetite. A little warm and tingly too, (which normally I don't like because that sensation cab be a bit intense for me) but this was really really pleasant. Yeah overall this spray had a warm, light, and happy vibe to it.
