Recommended a max pen by THEIR employees after informing that I was converting from flower. Replace the battery and it’s the problems stayed. Stated that I couldn’t receive a refund, so they claim that I was getting points for the problem, I said okay, left and came back w/ two carts seeing as I open both of them to process eliminate to see if it was the pen itself, or the cart. Debrief them that I was the on-clock, employee tells me that I don’t have enough points to even be discounted on flower so I said “okay cool, right now I feel as if I’m getting f’d due to the fact I’m considered a patient coming to a dispensary asking recommendations on what I need and was talked into buying something that didn’t help nor work, he goes to ask “ Are you a man? And I responded “ yes, “ and then he goes to say “ Well, if you’re a man then you made those choices yourself. “ If I wanted to get sh— services I would’ve just purchased weed from a local weed man. Tried using psychology sh— making it seem as if it’s my fault why I got f’d over. That’s like me going to my doctor and I tell them what’s wrong, they prescribe me medicine that don’t work, I come back so my doctor can say it’s my fault.
