Customer service needs a lot of work. Nobody greets you upon entering. Seems they have no recollection of the policy/rules as they did not honor my 20% off first time order discount because it was picked up and the discount is only meant for “delivery orders” yet I have experienced someone picking up their 20% off discounted order at the same place, but I digress!
