I placed my order for 3 Specific products around 12pm I set for pick up between 6-7 pm. Within that 7 hour time frame they neglected to call or text me and tell me they don’t have what I ordered. I drove a hour to get there just to find that out. It takes 30 seconds to place a call or a text but no! Who failed to do the 1 job they had??????? They waited till I got there to do a bait and switch! I thought that was only in car sales but it seems like it made it over to this industry! Smh! Go to herbology! They never let me down they are always on point especially with online orders!! Buyers don’t waste your time here!
