3 hours ago New Horrible experience so they’re gonna get a horrible review. I stopped by there on Monday night to buy a few things, including a 1 g disposable live resin pen. The pen works fine until Wednesday when it stopped heating. I charged it and it still would not work. The light would come on when I would draw on it but no smoke would come out. I returned to the store Thursday to have them swap it out for a non-defective unit. The bud-tender told me that because it was over 48 hours there was nothing she could do, even though it was defective. She tried to tell me to clean it out at which point I re-explain to her that the element was not working. It was not an issue of being clogged. Anyway, she told me to go wait in line and talk to a manager and maybe they could do something else. I waited in line for 10 minutes to talk to a manager only to be told that even though it was defective, and probably only 5% of it was used, that they would not swap it out for a working unit. Makes no business sense to me?? I bought the unit for $30. It probably cost them $12 to buy wholesale. The manufacturer would have gladly replaced it for them or given them a credit had they replaced my defective unit. Even if the manufacturer would not reimburse them. They would still be ahead if they gave me a working unit and ate the cost of a defective unit. So I will never go to their store again and will tell all of my friends of my horrible experience with these thieves. I went down the road to a dispensary called planet 59. And got a way better deal on a live resin disposable vape.
