Ascend Cannabis - Chicago Ridge

I will not be returning. Unfortunately I went to ascend today to do a purchase ,the young man it was there told me to go put the order in on the kiosk. I politely told him I am visually impaired and politely said, is this absolutely necessary ?he indicated it was. I said that's unfortunate and I probably will not go there next time. He told me to leave right there and then. Needless to say the tension level incteaded to a robust 9.5 no one likes rejection. Especially unfounded. I wonder if this dude realizes that that machine is going to replace him at some point of time. It's not very well thought out if you ask me I mean what are those people even there for? I hope this young man has a good time adjusting to old age. It doesn't seem like he has the capacity to navigate through difficult situations without getting confrontational. That's unfortunate. No hard feelings maybe his mother pissed in his cereal or something I don't know. But that just seemed a little hasty to me. Anyways I was fortunate enough to go to a different store before they closed. So there's no hard feelings I just kind of find a puzzling how they could have people doing customer service that have this rigid cantankerous attitude. There's a lot of options out here and there's more coming everyday. Hopefully that kid gets some therapy or something. Wish him the best, Good luck
