Nature's Remedy - Millbury: Med + Adult-Use

I was so excited for their reopening, placed my order online before they opened and chose my pick up window. Here I am, 3 hours after my pick up window still waiting to receive a text confirming I can go there for curbside pick up. I’ve tried calling and emailing and can not get a hold of anyone.
I am sure they are so super busy however, it’s extremely disappointing they cannot handle the reopening smoothly.
I’ve come here several times before and hope this is just a fluke.
My ratings on quality and atmosphere are from previous visits and service is solely based on the fact there is no service today.
