Usually this store is quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and great! However, if you catch it at the wrong time and there are more than a few people in line, it can take close to an hour to pick up a quick order. It is frustrating because the staff seem focused on chatting rather than assisting customers quickly and getting to everyone in line. I am likely switching stores to somewhere more convenient and respectful of my time...
