Shopping here for long time and usually not too bad of service but today I ordered online and got a confirmation but when I went to pick up, they said they didn't have it and I didn't have my phone with me since I had been out running errands and I couldn't remember what I had ordered since I was trying new stuff. So, I had to go back home and get my phone with the order number, and they still couldn't but they found it online because they came out and started grabbing my order of the shelves and said this is what I ordered which was correct, so they did have the order, but they did not see it? The worst part was they never acknowledged the issue and even made it seems as though it was my fault and never offered any explanation or apology. So, make sure you bring your phone and order number if ordering online.
